Park City
Group
$5,840,000 Convertible Preferred Stock ~ May 2007

Park City Group, Inc. develops and
markets computer software that helps retailers increase sales
while reducing inventory and labor costs: the two largest,
controllable expenses in the retail industry. The Company’s
Fresh Market Manager is a suite of software product applications
designed to manage complex perishable food departments that are
increasingly more important for store profitability and store
image.
When Park City Group needed
capital necessary to grow its subscription-based, application
services product, Supply Chain Profit Link (SCPL), they turned
to Taglich Brothers. SCPL, currently in the pilot phase in a
number of major supermarkets, is a category management tool that
allows suppliers and retailers to collaborate together,
increasing profits for both parties. The proceeds from this
oversubscribed offering will allow Park City to turn to move
away from one-time license sales and focus on potentially large,
recurring revenues.
