Park City Group, Inc. develops and markets patented computer software that helps retailers increase sales while reducing inventory and labor costs: the two largest, controllable expenses in the retail industry. The Company’s Fresh Market Manager is a suite of software product applications designed to manage complex perishable food departments that are increasingly more important for store profitability and store image.

Taglich Brothers provided Park City with the capital necessary to grow its development and marketing activities with to keep pace with its clients demands for service. Taglich Brothers introduced the Company to the high quality, long-term investors who participated in this deal, and the action represents a strong step towards be a possible listing on a national stock exchange.
