and fluid transfer systems for highly corrosive environments.
The company is the preferred solution provider and the dominant
worldwide market leading supplier to the semiconductor industry.
Taglich Brothers provided the
majority of the required $8.6 million of equity capital. The
transaction's sponsor, the Weatherly Group, LLC arranged for
sub-debt financing from Midwest Mezzanine Fund IV LP, Parkway
Capital Investors LLC and Argosy Investment Partners III LP also
co-investors in the company. Senior credit facilities were
provided by North Fork Business Capital Corporation.
