Princeton, New Jersey, manufactures, markets and distributes
three related dermatologic product lines: Wound Care (both
traditional and advanced), Specialty Fixation and Wound Closure
Devices and Skin Care and Bathing.
Derma turned to Taglich Brothers
to raise $6.5 million in a private placement of Common Stock and
Warrants with institutional and accredited individual investors.
This capital was used to facilitate the financing of the
company’s acquisition of Western Medical LTD.
