Aladdin Food Management Services is a strong regional food service provider for colleges and business geographically dispersed in the mid-Atlantic and mid-western regions. Headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, Collegiate specializes in handling food service needs for small and medium size colleges within the State of Missouri. Aladdin acquired Collegiate Caters to gain significant operational and financial synergies.

Taglich and Weatherly originated and structured the transaction as well as secured all of the necessary financing.
